Maple Hollow Farm is located near Wakonda, and was founded to provide healthy, local food choices. We specialize in gluten/grain free baked goods, organic soy-free eggs, as well as regular pies. Our kid-preneur is an artist who crafts bracelets and dog toys.

Dandelion Acres has granola, biscotti, seasonal herbs, summer raw local honey, and offers Face Painting!

Theresa Rhodes

We grow chemical free vegetables as a family project. It is an excellent educational opportunity for my children. They learn a lot about agriculture and the value of hard work! The farmer’s market is a good chance to practice counting money and  interacting with people! Looking forward to seeing you this summer!

Dakota Freeze Dried Kitchen

 I wanted to bring something different and somewhat unique to not only people but our furbabies as well.  We have a variety of freeze-dried candy, fruit, vegetables and pet snacks.  I also just started making homemade marshmallows which I incorporate some of our freeze-dried products, and I am also new to making marshmallow fluff and hope to bring a wide variety of flavors of both marshmallows and marshmallow fluff.
